【Cooking Direction】Put the frozen 1/4'' shoestring fries into 177-182℃ oil pan, deep-fry for about 2’15 minutes to 2’45 minutes till golden color.
【Storage】Product needs be stored in below -18℃ temperature controlled storage, with no more than 2℃ fluctuation. Away from walls and ground.
【Expiration】The product has a shelf life of 24 months at -18°C.
